Chick Challenge #13
Why on earth are the simple cards the hardest to make? I love this sketch but I just could not create a card that looked decent. Ugh... if I cut out 3 hearts I bet I cut out 30 until I was satisfied with the color-- and well I am still not really sure I like the polka dot hearts. But regardless I am linking this up with the Chick Challenge #13. If you don't have an Ippity stamps-- well you need some :)

ReplyDeleteOh Sarah, don't be so hard on yourself. It is perfect. The polka dot hearts go great with the polka dot paper and I love how you have the hearts hanging on the twine. Very cute and simple.

But I can understand how you feel... after I work on projects for too long, I begin to question everything I've done and then I redo a bunch of stuff. It really looks super cute though! It's just that your eyes needed a break from working on it :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I LOVE the polka dots! The twine is fabulous and I love the colors! But, I do know what you mean about "simple" cards being the toughest to put together. I always want to add "just one more thing" when sometimes it best to just leave it alone!! I love your "simple" card, just darling!
