Berry Interesting...

So I had to have the Spring Cottage Cricut cartridge...just so I could cut these darn strawberries-- there are really no instructions in the cartridge as far as how to assemble these babies-- so I simply had to wing it.  I cut the berries at 4 inches...and they are tiny...well not sure small but didn't really leave me any room to put some treats in them.  Hence why I needed to create the good ole 2-4-6-8 boxes... I learned about those about 100 years ago at my very first SU! party--haha I was hooked!  I created half a dozen of these little gems for the ladies at work tomorrow for Administrative Professionals Day!  I hope they like the treats inside the box.

Oh it's Sunday... sadly the weekend is coming to an end that's not so pleasing if you ask me!  I hope you all had a great weekend though!  I did some crafting yesterday and a little bit today.  I have two cards to share using the new OWH Sketch it's SUPER easy and I love it.  I didn't have to think too much and I loved that!  Try it out and make some cards for OWH this week!

Missing Piece!

Don't you just LOVE when you find theeeeee most perfect paper!  I knew that I was planning on ordering this stamp set from Unity and then I saw this paper... so I knew I had to have both the paper as well as the stamp set!  I did end up buying the small 6x6 paper stack of this doodle bug design paper only because I wasn't able to purchase this sheet as my store was all sold out!  I do hope when I go back they have a few sheets---this will make awesome OWH cards!  

Of course it's Friday so that means it's time for Unity Stamp Company FWF! and I think this card is perfect for my entry!

Wheely Fun!

You know what's wheely fun?  I think having a blog is wheely fun!  I hope you enjoy stopping by to visit me as much as I love having guests!  Today I have the pleasure of being a Guest Designer over at Inking It Up Crazy with Kassidy!

I hope you enjoy the card I created for today.  I am having a love affair with Unity Stamps --I love their stamps and I LOVE when I can find a super cute stamp from them and I can easily pair it with a super cute cut from my Cricut!  Cute...right!  A great combination if you ask me!  I also put together a bunch of random items on this card...using paper as well as Smash tape and ribbon to give it some dimension in real life.

Rain...ugh

So I am not a huge fan of the rain but of course...April showers bring May flowers they say!  I just wish the weather would settle down.  It's so hard not knowing if I should be planning to wear a winter sweater or a summer t-shirt in the morning!  Oh well!  Such is life in MN :)  I decided to create a card that worked to meet the challenges at a few different places!

One of my favorite challenges is always at Fantabulous Cricut!  I also am joining some friends at Frosted Designs,  My Craft Spot, and Love to Create Challenge Blog.  I hope you enjoy my little birdie in the rain :)  Lots of the supplies I used in my card are available from my friend Cori at Ginger Snap Scraps
