If I Only Had A Brain....

Hello my crafty friends!  Oh how I wish I was better at sending cards... on time... ya know...like actually get them written out and put in the post... oooops!  Maybe that will be my goal for 2016! Haha I won't hold my breath!  But anyhoo-here's a card I created and is off in the mail to a friend who has a b-day is on Saturday... so I didn't quite forget... I'm just a bit behind!  I decided it was time to start inking up some unloved stamps so this set popped to the top of the unused stack!   This set is from Jaded Blossom Stamps and it's called "Yellow Brick Road."  I also decided since it's a scarecrow and that screams fall that it would be perfect to use it for a "Fall Colors" challenge over at Jaded Blossom September Challenge and for the SVG Cutting Files Anything Fall Challenge :)  Enjoy!

Details:
Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom Set "Yellow Brick Road"
The yellow paper is stamped with the brick from this same set!
The yellow piece was die cut with the JB Goody Bag Die
The green piece was cut with the new JB Panel Dies
The polka dot piece was cut with the JB Card Mat Dies
The adorable scarecrow is from SVG Cutting Files

Hangin' by a thread?!

Hey there my crafty friends!  I hope this post finds you well and enjoying your week.  I am sharing a little card with you today using one of my favorite stamps sets from Unity Stamp Company (a pretty sweet MN company if I do say so myself :)) This month they are highlighting their collection called "Itty Bitty"-- this is one of my favorite Unity Collections-- they typically have some fabulous puns in this collection--if you know me you know I can't resist a good pun for a card! Enjoy!

Details:
Paper is from my stash... so wish I had more than just a scrap piece of the DSP!

You Make Nerdy Look Good....

Oh man... do you ever see something that someone created and you are simply crazy giddy over it?!?! Well, that something for me was created by Gigi-- oh my goodness!  I definitely had to recreate this! I did make a few adjustments but overall I kept to her same pattern-- a HUGE shout out to her for sharing!  Thanks! I kinda love that I picked out a couple other dies that fit perfectly for this too. Ahhh I love when a project comes together!  (haha I sound like my dad now-- he always says "Oh I love when a good meal comes together :)--I just applied it to crafting)

Look at this stinkin' adorable apple!  Love this cut file from Lisa at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons and don't forget you still have a couple of days to enter the PPPR Challenge!  It's all about being a smarty pants this month!  So dig out those school files, nerd files and join us!

A little message on the back cover of this cute post-it note holder!  Hehe love this sentiment!  So I pulled out a bunch of my Jaded Blossom goodies and decided to link this up for their current challenge "Back To School."

Supplies I used:
Jaded Blossom- Lollipop Die, Card Mat Dies, Mini Tag Dies 2, Kawaii Sentiments and Hello Hello

CardzTV Stamps Challenge: "All in Our Places"

Hello my crafty friends!  It's time for another challenge with my awesome design team friends at CardzTV!  This week the challenge is all about being in our places!  So this week the challenge is to create Thanksgiving place cards!  When this challenge was first introduced I had NO clue what I was going to create but in the shower I came up with these cuties!!!  I love how they turned out and they worked out great as I have a whole bunch more to make-- that's what happens when you come from a large family!  Hope you enjoy these place cards and don't forget to link up with us over at CardzTV!!

The stamps are all from CardzTV Stamps: I used "Going In Circles" for the sentiment and the awesome part is I used "Ticket Talk 2" for the large monogram letters!!!
