Ski you soon!

Ahhhhh if you have not been over to Bugbites! blog to check out her fabulous new stamp sets you are soooooo missing out!  I highly recommend adding these great stamps to your collection-- you won't be disappointed and she is offering them at a fantastic price.

I am convinced that this stamp/sentiment from the Misletoe set is my absolute favorite!  Love it sooo much!  And I really love how this stamp allows you to use it even during the non-holiday season! I will be back this weekend with another one of BugBites stamps used in a non holiday way!  I can't wait to see what you create with Barb's amazing stamps!

Here's my card-- the cricut cartridge I used was the "Campin' Critters" and the paper is mostly SU! except for the fun blue polka dots--that's from Creative Memories.  I apologize that my photo doesn't show the sentiment well in real life it looks fab if I do say so myself!

FCCB Challenge #77

Ahhhh my bloggy friends...it's Monday!  The weather here in MN was warm the last few days...which I think officially means that summer is over.  I am looking forward to my favorite season... hockey season...so I guess I have something to look forward to :)

However, it's Monday and Monday  means that it's time for another fabulous challenge at FCCB.  This week we are having challenge #77.  And the challenge is "Make Some Music"  I hope you decide to join us by creating a card or project with an instrument or some music notes on it-- just don't forget to use at least one cut from your fabulous cricut.

I look forward to seeing your project!!

Bug Me Anytime!

Good Morning friends!  It's Monday again....crazy I know...where oh where did the weekend go?  I can't believe how quickly it was here and then gone again.  But because it's Monday that means it's time for another Challenge with my friends over at FCCB.  The challenge we are having this week is to get buggy!!  We hope that you will join in the fun.  We ask that your project contains atleast one cut from your Cricut and for this challenge that it has a bug on it :)  So pull out all of your cartridges and find a bug and join us!!

For my card I again used my Campin' Critters cartridge--sooo many fun cuts!  I really am enjoying this cartridge.  I hope you like my card.  I can't believe I didn't include any twine... I did include a pun so that should make up for the lack of twine :)   Sorry about the weird photo and the crazy shadows--no idea what I did wrong.  Perhaps I had my camera settings off...sorry!!  Hope you like it anyway!

Let's Go Camping...

Oh dear my mailman is getting sooooo tired of me asking him since Monday--ummm do you have my Scrappy Moms Stamps with you today... I am crossing my arms, fingers, toes and legs in hopes that those babies are in the mail tomorrow :)  But I shall be patient...hmmm not really sure I am capable of that but we shall see.

Last night my DH treated me to a new cartridge!  Campin' Critters---I think he thought I was kidding when I said..."I have to have this cartridge."  He looked and me like I was speaking a different language...as he knows as well as most of you that I don't camp...don't really even do the outdoors!  But I had to have this cartridge :)

So I had to play along at Scrappy Moms Stamps Challenge this week.  The challenge was to use the Campin' Critters or the Nifty Fifties cartridge--and wowzers I do love both of these carts but I did pick my new one!  Love it!  I also added some twine of course.  Oh and I tried some Creative Memories cardstock-- I was very impressed with how well it cuts with the Cricut-- very nice cuts and smooth edges.
