CardzTV Challenge 27--Mix It Up

Hello my crafty friends!  It's time for another awesome challenge with the amazing design team at Cardz TV and the projects definitely won't disappoint! I loved this challenge because it gave me the perfect reason to pull out some of my patterned papers so I could find 3 that coordinated well and that I really liked.  I knew that this house needed to be cut out... and I honestly forgot all about this stamp set having this sentiment and I knew it was perfect for this card.

I do hope my friend who gets this in the mail knows I am so thankful for the window she opened in my life!!!!!!  Thank you M!
