Jen and Sarah's Buddy Challenge--Might Need Sunglasses for This One...

Whoa...hold the phones I am in LOVE with a new tutorial I found on You Tube--the tutorial is super easy to follow and my card turned out a-okay on my first try.  I see tons of these in my future...watch OWH box!

And of course it's the end of the month...so that means it's time for my buddy challenge with Jen over at The Sparkle Within!  And this challenge is "Anything Goes" so I decided to go crazy! And while I decided to go crazy Jen decides to head to Florida on Spring Break-- lucky duck!  But I did of course have to pull out some striped paper so I could join the fun over at Operation Write Home Midweek Throw Down...this week is all about the stripes!  Whoa isn't this a bit bright...yikes...but I was looking to practice with some thinner paper to make my folds a tish bit easier and this was all I could find in the lightweight paper I had.  But I kinda love it!  Enjoy!

Hoppy Easter

Ahhh nothing like a little Easter pun to get things rollin' in the blogging world.  I hope you're all doing great and having a wonderful day!  Work was rough today and I am so looking forward to the weekend.  I am pretty sure I have a sinus infection brewing and that's NOT thrilling for me at all!  But I did get some Easter cards created-- hmmmm it would probably be better if I actually got them in the mail before May but I think I might have a good chance of getting a handful of them out tomorrow morning!  We shall see-- I wouldn't be sitting by your mailbox waiting for mail from me if you think you're on my list!  hehe! This card was super fun to make and I am going to join a few challenges with it!  I know it's a little too late for sending these cards to Operation Write Home but they are looking for striped cards so I definitely had to join in on that challenge--stop by later this week for some super cute striped ties I am working on!

Oh where oh where did March go-- holy moly it's almost April. I am just not ready for March to be done already!  I am in a seriously job search mode and nothing has come about-- any prayers are welcome!  I just keep crafting to relieve the stress!  I love the latest stamps from the amazing designer and my gorgeous friend Heather at Fresh Brewed Designs---the stamp I used on this shaped card is one of her latest releases!  I am hoping you stop back in April... as she will be releasing one of my all time favorite stamps-- you are gonna love it!

Okay friends I just can't put away this stinkin' adorable stamp set that was just released from Ms. Mary at CardzTV Stamps-- seriously... I would buy just this stamp if she did singles--that's how much I love it :)  I am also part of a super fun group on Facebook-- whoa there are some crazy talented crafters out there and I am so glad I can call them friends!  If you want more information about the group on FB--just give me a shout and I will get you connected with the lady in charge!  I am thinking this card set might make a pretty decent gift! I created 6 cards for this box!

A whole bunch of bunnies!

I have been working on some Easter treat boxes and I decided to use this super cute cut I found at Whimsie Doodles and it's super easy to put together. I created a dozen of these cuties!   I placed two little treats in these little boxes and I think they turned out pretty cute!  I would love to see them with some twine tied around their necks--but the twine is at the other place so they shall be twineless!  Enjoy!

I need my supplies!!!

Yikes... I have so many supplies...but so many of them are not here with me at my apartment :( They are at my new place... ugh so hard to craft with limited supplies!  But definitely makes me grateful for all the goodies I do have!   But alas here is my card using some limited supplies.  I took some liberties with the brand spanking new sketch at Operation Write Home and I think it turned out pretty fun.  I had intended to create a Mother's Day card to add to my outgoing OWH box...but alas all those stamps at at the other house!  Oy!
