I am soooo happy with how this card turned out-- I had been worried that I lost my touch with stamping...but I think I've still got it! Well I've still got room to improve to of course but I think you get what I mean. So my friend
Jen got me hooked on Unity Stamps-- I blame her for my last few stamp purchases! Oh dear I know I showed you the super cute tree that I almost had to leg wrestle my friend Sarah for but I was dying to get my hands on this little strawberry. So it appeared in the mail the other day along with some cutie friends but I had to ink this little one up!! I am sooooo tickled with how it turned out. I had been wanting to do something with embossing powder so I used the "Cracked Glass" technique--it's super easy and turned out really cute I think! There's a great tutorial at
Splitcoaststampers
Again I'm still raving over this little strawberry! I used the sketch from a challenge I found at
OWH Stars and Stamps--it's my goal to get some cards in the mail to help them reach 2 million cards! Check them out if you don't know about their fabulous organization! I also plan to use this card as an entry for the
Unity challenge which was to incorporate food into the card!
